Worst service, I checked in 9:15 am for my appointment 9:30 am, it wasn’t until 11:15 am they assisted me. Supposedly due to a system glitch, the strange thing is that they were calling everyone except me. I sat in the waiting room for almost two hours; the service was terrible.

I wish there was a way to give this urgent care ZERO stars. I was seen there by a very immature and unprofessional young male physician assistant. I had a chest x-ray and he promised to call with the results, but he never did! I called multiple times, no one answers the phone. I left a message there and at headquarters and no one ever responded! Never again!!
