I wish there was a way to give this urgent care ZERO stars. I was seen there by a very immature and unprofessional young male physician assistant. I had a chest x-ray and he promised to call with the results, but he never did! I called multiple times, no one answers the phone. I left a message there and at headquarters and no one ever responded! Never again!!
We have just switched to this clinic, the atmosphere is nice and the clinic is neat and clean. Dr. Deb is very friendly and thoroughly explains everything by taking her time.
Dr. Seniha Inan is an excellent doctor, and I highly recommend her. However, be warned that one of the receptionists at the 102-55 63rd Rd, Forest Hills location is not very friendly or welcoming. I have visited this office twice, and this has been my experience. Here’s a tip for the receptionist: Be more friendly and welcoming, people coming in are dealing with health issues. The least you can do is offer a smile. Everyone else is great.
Friendly atmosphere. No long waits. I love Dr. Berman.
