Alex is the true heart of this medical office. I came to see Dr. Patron to have a thick skin mole removed and Alex and Dr. Patron made the process very stress free and EASY. The only downside is that Dr. Patron is only here Mondays and Wed so it can get very full on those days... book early!
I had an appointment referral from their hospital on main Street to see Doctor Patron. Came on time the ladies in the front desk were very stressed which make the exchange of words uneasy, I was asked to put my Id's on the counter and fill out a bunch of pages, then I was informed that they don't accept my insurance which is really messed up since they accepted it on the Presbyterian hospital.
