The best experience. Doctors, nurses, receptionists are all fabulous.
I gave birth a week ago and the staff was amazing - knowledgeable, helpful and supportive. They showed my newborn and husband so much love and kindness. Special shoutout out to the following postpartum and antepartum nurses - Maddie, Christina, Rebecca, Joselyn and Oksana.
I have been using NYP’s service for years and I have never been treated the way I was at this location. I came in, treated everyone with courtesy and expected the same. Instead one staff member asked me personal medical questions loudly in the hallway where everyone could hear, and when I refused to answer I was spoken to very harshly. A person's privacy and dignity should be treated with a little more care than that.
