I have been using NYP’s service for years and I have never been treated the way I was at this location. I came in, treated everyone with courtesy and expected the same. Instead one staff member asked me personal medical questions loudly in the hallway where everyone could hear, and when I refused to answer I was spoken to very harshly. A person's privacy and dignity should be treated with a little more care than that.
My daughter is scared of blood, a nurse here made it worse with her needle, she has bruises on her arm.
I raised their misdiagnosis and my resulting physical issues to the management of this location, however they blamed me, the client. Zero responsibility.
Drama. A highly stressed staff was yelling at one of the patients then started crying. Not professional.
Dr Arapaki is dishonest, I have nerve damage from blood work here! A nurse called Camille at Dr Arapaki's office, damaged my nerve for a simple blood work, I can't move my arm without pain. She had entered the blood work room asking me if I want to kill myself, which is in no protocol. I msged the Dr Arapaki and got no response after a week.
