If you don't speak English and only speak Spanish, don't go to this 50 courts st. Floor 6 office. Unless you want to be treated with indifference or as a hindrance. I came to NYP Court Street, 12th Floor, expecting professional and efficient care, but instead, I ended up waiting over an hour just to see a doctor—without any updates or concern from the staff. If this is how they handle patient care, I can only imagine how long it takes for anything serious to be addressed. The lack of communication and respect for patients’ time is frustrating. I didn’t end up having my appointment here; you’ll see why below. Firstly, their phone tree robot is super annoying and inefficient. Eg you give your phone number to confirm your identity and when you’re taking a beat before saying the last four numbers it interrupts you SORRY, THAT’S NOT A VALID PHONE NUMBER! More importantly, they misled me about insurance coverage. I searched on Zocdoc for In-Network OB/Gyns for a standard preventive screening. We got there on time for the appointment. However, we saw the specialist almost 2 hours later. They didn’t have all the resolutive measures in place for vascular examinations, and the receptionist at the checkout is a very rude person who really undermines the quality of care of the whole center. They never followed up on appointments and insurance. We found another clinic.
