The service is usually great at this location but I recently called to schedule an appointment with pediatric for my son . The automated system was giving me a hard time so I opted to speak with a receptionist. Clara answered and left me on hold for 10 minutes , when I hung up and called back she responds “oh yeah you were on hold to make an appointment “, I asked for a supervisor but was told there isn’t one there. Not sure if Clara is new , everyone else I’ve dealt with at this location is kind and friendly.
