After four days with symptoms of an unspecified virus, I went to an Urgent Care Facility. Truth is I could barely breathe and didnt want to go the ER. They provided a nebulizer treatment and was advised they didn't have an xray machine but whatever i had had gone to my lungs. They indicated Bronchitis/Pneumonia. Feeling better, I made a quick stop and then proceeded to CVS pharmacy to pick up the prescribed meds. NY Presbyterian took over years ago. Now it is just a big Urgent Care. Going there you feel like your in the Bronx. It like the TSA at an airport. It's all about business.

The staff is friendly, kind, and professional. They saved my husband's life after he went to Emergency and he was admitted for a stay during which he was cared for attentively. He was so comfortable in his hospital bed that he went online to see if he could buy one. The meal service provided was surprisingly good. The ambiance was calm and peaceful on the 2nd floor. I wish you guys can hear the buzzers in regards to me waiting to get medication after surgery. I was supposed to have physical therapy and they only came in one day and I was having spine surgery. The doctor was great but the hospital could use some work
