Every one does their job to quickly take care of the patient. It is a patient- centered ER and Hospital.
My mom was taken by ambulance to the ER on 8/14/25 and by the time I arrived there, I was told that no visitors were allowed due to the ER being at it's "people capacity". I pleaded with the girl at the registration desk to allow me since I was my mom's medical advocate but it fell on deaf ears. I was told since I was also the emergency contact, they'd let me know if something happened. While patiently waiting, I saw multiple "family members" walk in from the outside and be allowed to go back into the ER to be with family me... read more
