Today I went to the Radiology department of Hudson Valley Hospital in Cortlandt Manor, NY to schedule an Ultrasound. I have been using this hospital for the last 15 years to schedule an annual ultrasound. Upon arriving at the front desk, a young man by the name of Chris attempted to assist me in scheduling an appointment. He had excuse after excuse of why he could not schedule the appointment. I went to ER twice in one day with different problems. The doctors, PA, nurses, and staff were professional and friendly. I got diagnosed very quickly and the right medications that helped my symptoms improved. I’m very impressed.
