We had a very disappointing experience with the pulmonary group. We were scheduled to see Dr. Krongold. The receptionist turned us away because of a strict 15 minute policy, saying “she’s not going to see you.” We tried pleading our case. Reviewing the material provided during the pre check on the website mentioned nothing about a 15 minute cancellation policy.
