I waited over 2 months for an appointment with Dr. Glenn Hamroff. 3 weeks before the appointment I received a letter in the mail that they were cancelling my appointment, no reason given, and a\they claim they tried to call me (they did not). When I called back to reschedule they said the next available appointment was in 3 months. So 5 months total wait time just to see the Dr. Incredibly unprofessional. I will not be going here.
David Javier is a joke of PA. I went for shoulder pain and they gave me a toradol shot which then causes a reaction of swelling. When I noticed it, i got worried and spoke up. Just for him to say that there was no visible difference and that “medically” it’s not swollen.
Worst hospital ever! The radiology dept down to the financial department! Rude nasty employees and doctors
Yikes this place is super unsanitary and unprofessional. Yes, they got us in right away however we were treated in the HALLWAY not even in a private area. There were literally 2 other patients in the whole ER & plenty of empty rooms. The PA was kind and professional however, the other stuff was kind of just hanging around chatting to each other, not very smiley or personable. People coming to the ER are already vulnerable and coming to a place with unfriendly faces if very unsettling. I feel like I should have been paid to b... read more
