I have been to this facility several times over the past few months. Everyone I have encountered from security at front desk to receptionists in radiology, the radiology technicians and today the entire staff at outpatient surgery were friendly ,welcoming and professional. I had a procedure w/ Dr Trupia and everyone from receptionists, registar, nurses Anna(?) and Alma(?) where I was prepped and discharged, anesthesiologist and other staff in OR were outstanding. NY Presbyterian hospital in Cortlandt is far superior to the other hospitals in Westchester. Their staff, doctors and nurses are kind and responsive. My loved one was well cared for here.

We’ve been into Presybyterian Medical Hudson Valley group for more than 20 years now and for the past few years making an appointment and speaking to a Receptionist is somewhat too difficult. Last year and today I made my annual appointment to my primary care the Receptionist who took my appointment was somewhat not happy about Her job . As a patient I wanted to know what I needed prior to my appointment She is very impatient like She doesn’t want to accommodate my question. Awful place. Avoid at all costs. They advertise that they take most insurance but then will send you a massive doctor's bill. Terrible care provided by the doctor who saw me, a Dr. Hana Putterman. I'm a teacher with very good insurance but the doctor did not accept my insurance, even though the hospital claims it accepts it. How can a hospital advertise and tell you they take your insurance only to send you a bill for thousands later? I received little to almost no care. Shameful on the hospital and doctor's part.
