Very bad hospital.!!! Very disappointed!!!
I am in the hospital here now and could not be getting better care - had intake through emergency room which was super efficient - no wait at all - every doc, nurse, tech has been super efficient and kind - explain everything they are doing and test results available immediately online - so appreciative that this great hospital is nearby - thank you!
My 96 yr old mom in hallway for 5 hours so far with MANY OTHERS. Said 30 more people than usual in this area because no available hospital beds. Service is strained at best. Rough experience.
My aunt was admitted on 4/2 via the ER. Although they were somewhat busy, there was a lack of compassion. She was brought up to the 4th floor that evening/early morning in 4/3. From the moment she arrived, the compassion of the nurses and drs was above and beyond. They not only took extremely good care of her but they made her feel comfortable and kept myself and my son (her advocates) feel at ease that she was in very good hands when we were not there.
