If only this staff person would have been honest and simply apologize and say she made a mistake I'd have not felt the need to write this review. I made an appointment about a month in advance through MyChart, to see Dr. Scott Troob, to check on some symptoms which after doing some research indicated I should see an ENT Doc. Had an hearing issue with my ear and called for an appointment. They asked me to leave my contact number to be called back but never call me back. My condition was turned out to be serious and I lucky to went to an ENT doctor in Chinatown referred by a friend who took care of me right away. I later learned that if I did not see him soon and took the medicine right away. My chance of hearing recovery would be slim and I could have lost my hearing completely in my case.

How this hospital is great reputation and reading the reviews from patients about the ENT department is a shame these patients need to report them to hospital administrative office and the dept.health you have rights

If I can give zero. Ent. I go ent because ringing in the earing. and the doctor I do not where ringing in the ears come from. He just tell me sleep tv on. what a doctor. I find my own solution. I feel better.
