For some crazy reason they have the ac full blast making it really cold plus the fact as patient here the fact that others that arrive not long after me and got rooms but not me on third day is insane. Sadly a doctor genuinely wanted to help me.

I’m extremely disappointed with the care my mother received at this emergency room. She was left alone for over half an hour with no communication about what was happening or what the next steps would be. I tried speaking to four different nurses, and each one told me they were busy and would get back to me—but none of them ever followed through. This kind of neglect and lack of compassion is unacceptable, especially in a setting where people come seeking urgent help. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone.
