I came to bring my mom food and security guard Checo refused to let me in . My mom is 74 years old been in the Er since this morning without any food. He was not helpful at all. She was waiting to be discharged. He said well then you have to wait till she is discharged. What if it was his mom without eating all day. This is terrible service.
