Initially, due to the long wait time, I honestly wasn’t sure I’d come back. But nurse Shantell and doctor Oladoyin Oladosu, turned the entire experience around. They BOTH were kind, attentive, and made me feel comfortable and cared for. Their professionalism and energy made a huge difference making it worth the while to revisit. If you’re in need of care do not come here. Longer than usual wait times. Staff is unwelcoming. Everyone looks busy but no progress seems to be getting done. Currently been sitting in the emergency room since 10:15am and I’m not receiving any help. I’m suffering from a ruptured cyst and still have not received a official “ultrasound”
