If you’re in need of care do not come here. Longer than usual wait times. Staff is unwelcoming. Everyone looks busy but no progress seems to be getting done. Currently been sitting in the emergency room since 10:15am and I’m not receiving any help. I’m suffering from a ruptured cyst and still have not received a official “ultrasound”

I am from Brooklyn and I compared my experience with Presbyterian hospital. Waiting time for my appointment much better. Everyone is trying to help you, because the hospital is huge and it is not easy to find right please, but everyone comes to help. Knowledgeable doctors. I give 5 stars.
