Incredibly rude check in staff expect to be yelled at, treated like an idiot and then to divulge your personal information in front of everyone. Awful experience.
I would like to give 5*Stars to your phlebotomist Hemraj Rasulan. I have had my blood drawn many times over and this was the first time I can say I felt the least discomfort. He was extremely professional, kind and gentle during my blood draw. I usually get nervous whenever I have to do a blood test, from past experience with pain and scarring, but he made me feel calm and comfortable the entire time.
