I delived here two times, which was a good experience, it depended on the nurses I had in the moment, but overall was good. But their billing is horrible, I delivered in 2023, and had a balance to pay that my insurance didn’t cover, I called multiple times, and the lady I talked with told me to don’t worry to wait on my insurance as it still processing, I just found that it was send to collectors, without any notification to me. Dr. Sydney Shope is not very knowledgeable especially when it comes to medications. She is not aware on medication interactions and what they are for. Also, seems very opinionated and doesn't take the time to truly listen. Choose another provider!

I gave this place a one star because I’ve been Dealing with a groin injury and I came here to help with the pain I feel in my groin and I been explaining myself to attending physicians and doctors we would come up with a solution to help with my pain and once we come to an agreement they would say something else to nurses of what medications they prescribed than the original medications we discussed about that would help with my groin pain. and they wouldn’t listen to me at all and an all honesty I’m so fed up with this hosp... read more

Worst Hospital in manhattan. Some careless people are working in this hospital. Lost blood sample twice for my mother. She is a cancer patient but their activities are so careless. Please keep this hospital for your last choice.
