I rarely give bad reviews because I trust that businesses are striving to do their best, even when a demand is high BUT yesterday’s frustration is permeating within me and I must create awareness. I detest going to the dentist because as old as I could listen, I’ve been advised about the money grab it is and organized, systemic scamming it could potentially be. What’s the point of having a phone number , if no one ever answers the calls?? Horrible communication from dentists and front desk women !!! Why do I have to call over 30 times back to back just for someone to hopefully pick up ??? It’s ridiculous.

No one is answering the phone. I can’t afford to make that trip to the office because I live very far.

If I could give zero stars I would. It’s ridiculous how hard it is to get in contact with this office. I am trying to schedule an appointment. I was told to email my information and call back to set an appt . I emailed my information as requested and have been calling back for days trying to set an appointment. It’s ridiculous.
