Terrible been calling all week for an appointment left a voicemail and all no one ever picks up if it’s 8:30am,noon, or afternoon don’t know who’s in charge but they need to be replaced
No one answers the phone. Ridiculous. Can't even make a simple appointment. Horrific service
I scheduled an appointment to see a dentist since May of 2026 @ NYP Brookyn Methodist Dental Clinic. I waited over a month and my appointment date finally arrived, which was today. Once I arrived one of the ladies at the front desk had the nerve to tell me, that I CANNOT be seen since my insurance is NOT accepted. She claims that someone left me a message informing me of this 2 days ago, however they had the wrong #.
