This practice started off great last year but has only gone downhill. The dentists and doctors are good but trying to call them is a complete waste of time now. Absolutely no one picks up the phone. I have been calling the office for over 2 months now with no answers and I have scheduled appointments. When I leave voicemails, they are never returned. I was scheduled for several deep cleanings and checked with my insurance to make sure they would cover them. It turns out my insurance will only cover them once every two years.... read more

I’ve been coming here since I was young and now my kids all I’m going to say is the work they put in to make sure your satisfied and I live all the way in the Bronx when I mean they are worth it. All staff that helps with the appts even when having my younger son I’m grateful all departments do excellent work but I’m speaking on dental confidence is key and they do the up most to make sure me and my kids are satisfied I love them..the staff helped making my 4 year old a glove ballon she was so helpful though he wasn’t being ... read more

It shows as a 24 hour hospital but I called today at 11 pm August 29 they are closed , false advertising
