Went to the desk to check in ,she sends me to the kiosk, the kiosk sends me back to the front desk and she’s checks me in ….. I dare ask what was the point of that ???? If it takes two seconds to check someone in why wouldn’t you just do it 🫠 sitting there having a conversation instead of checking patients in. That’s why phones never get answered . Too busy yapping

Just look at all the different reviews. My review is for the hospital and its staff Unfortunately I have been in many hospitals around Brooklyn, manhattan and New Jersey / THIS PLACE IS THE ABSOLUTE W O R S T………

I rarely give bad reviews because I trust that businesses are striving to do their best, even when a demand is high BUT yesterday’s frustration is permeating within me and I must create awareness. I detest going to the dentist because as old as I could listen, I’ve been advised about the money grab it is and organized, systemic scamming it could potentially be.
