Great experience delivering at NYP Allen Hospital. Writing this review to personally thank RN Francheska Gomez and Midwife Stefanie Ferraro for making my delivery experience so wonderful. I am forgetting the person who gave me my epidural but he was also incredible. Shout out to the cooks and chefs in the kitchen. Any food I didn’t eat I brought home with me in to go containers. My 72-year-old mother is a two-time sepsis survivor, and we brought her to Allen last Sunday for what we believed was a UTI and wanted to get her treated and to not get sepsis. The hospital got her urine test results that same day, and discharged her, and didn’t send an antibiotic until the following week. Because of that delay, she ended up developing sepsis again and had to be admitted to Lawrence Hospital for treatment.
