Terrible experience twice. I had an appointment for mani/pedi. I was having a nice pedicure when the owner came & took the young girl away to work on someone who came in w/o an appointment. He was very rough & disinterested. He then did my nails and was really rough and painful i was bleeding from 4 nails he kept putting alcohol on to stop which was making it worse . I booked through ClassPass and the guy there said he didn’t know anything about ClassPass so I paid and left bc didn’t want to have an argument. Second time I showed the person their salon name on ClassPass and explained the booking, she agreed. They were not rude, but they were not very nice either. They could be cleaner regarding their nail files and manicure area.
Friendly staff, excellent service, reasonable prices, and a clean store. Highly recommended.
I had a terrible experience at this salon and would not recommend it. I booked my appointment through ClassPass (who I pay and they make the reservation and pay the business directly), paid the full listed price in advance, and confirmed my services before arriving. Despite that, when I was finishing up, I was told I needed to pay an additional $30 — on top of the $60 I had already paid. just okay. it was a clean place, i will say. but i paid $67 for my acrylic nails and they don’t look as good. they also charged $7 for a missing nail. they’re chipping and im disappointed because i paid a lot of money for them to chip. i thought i was getting a gel top coat and i got regular. 2 days after i got them done, 2 nails completely broke off and i went back to fix them. would i come back- probably not because i wasn’t pleased and paid a lot of money.
