Very bad experience. We moved to a new house after being a customer for years. They said we had to change plans and was not allowed to keep our old pla n. They wanted to charge us extra totalling over 800$ more a year and with data caps now. Needless to say we are changing providers.

Great service and assistance when needed
The corporate office has the absolute worst costumer service I have ever encountered. Do not use this service! It was installed well and worked well , but when I moved out of the area and cancelled they continued to charge me. Even though I have called to cancel 4 times they have now sent me a disconnect notice and informed me that I owe them the money for the time that they left the service running.
