I requested an invoice for a balance they said I had, twice. They couldn’t email it but assured me it was in the mail, twice. I never received it. Today, I receive an alert that my Equifax credit score had dropped. Greenwich Ophthalmology has referred a $67 charge to a collections agency and will not tell me what the charge is for. I just wanted to take this opportunity and upcoming anniversary to thank Dr. Griffiths ... this fall it will have been 20 years since I had the LASIK procedure with her. My prescription at the time was, if I recall correctly, -9.50 and it took two procedures, about a month apart, to do the full correction (something we had discussed in advance because there was only so much that could be corrected at one time ... not sure if that has changed as the procedure has advanced over these two decades). Staff is super cordial and professional, doctors are friendly and knowledgeable. I truly like this place.
I scheduled appointment three week in advance. When I came there the receptionist told I cannot see the doctor because I canceled my appointment. I didn't cancel my appointment but they insisted I did! I will never come to this office again.
5 days after my Lasik and I still can't believe how incredible this whole experience was. Dr Mandava and his staff are top notch. Professional and clearly experts in their field. They did a tremendous job with the prep and more importantly the operation itself. HIGHLY recommend getting your Lasik done here - and although I didn't receive any additional services here I'm confident the experience will be just as incredible.
Well tuned office with great staff. Dr Clark spent more time than ever doctor before. I went to obtain an objective opinion regarding my cataracts as a prevous eye doctor insisted on surgery. Dr Clark confirmed my doubts and told me there was no need for surgery.Thorough exam, kind person.

Many thanks for this doctor being available for me this weekend, he was the only doctor willing to com out to see me for eye pain late in the evening. Very caring and professional.
