Don’t waste your time. Jodi is a snob and very passive aggressive. I expect that if I buy an expensive pc of jewelry I should be able to get it fixed for a nominal fee. Too be told too many of my pcs cost her so much time to send back to be fixed? This is awful service. If you love to spend your hard earned money to not actually wear the jewelry, this is ur place if you are hard working and want to actually wear the jewelry. Don’t waste your precious time!
My favorite jewelry store!!
Such a wonderful store in Eugene. One stop shop for all sorts of fancy stuff. The pieces of jewelry in this store are sorted from all around the US as well as other parts of the world. Very unique and one of the kinds. From my point of view, this store sells coolest pieces of jewelry in Eugene area. The hidden gem in Eugene indeed.
Jodi at New Twist is a GEM. She went above and beyond to address an issue I had with a gift I'd received from the store. It's very clear how much she cares about her customers and wants them to have the best experience possible. I'm so impressed with her professionalism and her willingness to work with me. I will absolutely be shopping here in the future. If you're in the Eugene area, definitely check out this cute shop - you won't regret it.
I am so disappointed with the service I received here. My friend spent nearly a thousand dollars on a Jamie Joseph ring as a birthday gift for me last month. She was told that it could be returned if it didn't work, as long as it was within the given time frame. Unfortunately, it didn't end up working for me so I recently made the trip from Portland to Eugene to return the item with her.
