Extreme turnover rate with therapists, they neglect to remind you for appointments but definitely don't forget to bill you. Customer service is almost non existent and the director will tell you what you want to hear to keep money coming in. Here, you are a number NOT a person!
They will leave you stranded visiting family in Florida with no medication after being a patient for 5+ years. Supposed to be care givers…
This camp is amazing! The incredible staff, as well as the guest instructors, are wonderful with the kids, and my daughter learned a great deal without feeling overwhelmed. She loves to talk about safety now (and to call us out at home if we aren't following the rules!). I cannot recommend Safety Town enough.
My 5 year old loved her experience at Safety Camp and all of the staff were so friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend for anyone that has a child starting Kindergarten!
