Took my old printer there for a diagnostic since it was jamming. The cost of replacing the parts was not justifiable given it was eleven years old. I bought a new Brother printer from them and found their service to be professional and friendly. Gary (the diagnostic guy) and Gary (customer service guy) were great to work with. I can wholeheartedly recommend this business for devices and supplies!
