I can't recommend this company enough! Our air conditioner stopped working, and the technician came out, diagnosed the problem quickly, and fixed it without trying to upsell us or push unnecessary repairs. It's so refreshing to find someone who is honest, fair with pricing, and genuinely cares about helping their customers. He was professional, knowledgeable, and an all-around decent person. Honest businesses like this are hard to find these days. If you're looking for reliable AC service from someone you can trust, I would ... read more

They worked efficiently, kept the work area clean, and made sure everything was running perfectly before they left. The new AC cools my home quickly and operates quietly. Their pricing was fair, and the customer service was outstanding from start to finish. I highly recommend NewTown Energy Inc. to anyone looking fo... read more

I cannot say enough about the job Fabian did in addressing our hot water tank issue. There are many technicians who have knowle... read more
