Professional, friendly, and reliable from start to finish. Miles responded promptly, despite this being after a major storm which left many homes across town in need of tree work. A crane was needed to remove several large trees near our house and around our power lines, and watching the crane work was incredible. Professional, timely, competitive pricing and took time to understand our needs and made excellent recommendations for pro-active care. Brought their crane to take down large trees over the house - never dropped anything, all placed gently into chipper or onto log truck. In addition to tree removal, provided clean up of other large trees on our property to remove dead or broken limbs allowing continued balanced growth. Miles and his team are efficient and clean and very easy to work with.
We have a lot of trees on our property which sits on a hill making it tough to maintain. In the 3 years we've been in Sandy Hook a number of them have had to be removed or re-shaped either for safety or aesthetic reasons. Miles and his team are fantastic. They're great guys, very polite and professional. Their services are reasonably priced. As much as we hate to lose trees, when it needs to be done we've always chosen Newtown Arbor. Highly recommended.
