Worse clinic in terms of bookings, specially the front desk staff- so unprofessional, uneducated and unexperienced. Hopelessy attending phone calls, her voice is not even audible, mostly this girl is sitting on the chair with her legs on the chair. She has no idea how to check ICBC portal and put me on hold for 10 minutes when I called for booking an appointment. I called back several times and she was putting me on hold. Sad to see these kind of people sitting on a responsible place.
