I don’t enjoy giving a one star review, but honestly if I had the option to give zero stars I would. When calling the office, if you have an accent, Shirley will treat you poorly because she’s afraid you could take her job for speaking multiple languages. I would never recommend this place to anyone and now that you’re moving to Waltham (thanks for Shirley for letting me know Multiple times that maybe I am not good enough to go there) Hopefully you get an all white community so you’ll have clients.
Dr. Kahan is an exceptional doctor. He's one of a kind .He always explains what needs to be done and why. He also explains what to expect from any procedure. I personally have had some difficult procedures, and Doctor Kahan has always gone out of his way to make sure that I was getting the right care .Dr. Kahan goes above and beyond to take care of all of his patients . Amazing doctor. The entire experience could not have been better.
I had been a patient at this practice about 10 years ago. My original surgeon retired several years ago. I called the same phone number with a painful infected cyst on my collarbone and Dr. Kahn, someone I had never even met, came in early the next morning to see me. His work was great and he was very kind and efficient with a wonderful bedside manner. The office staff was amazing.
Dr. Kahan was very compassionate to my needs. His staff is very professional and took care of everything I asked for.
