I've been going here for well over a decade now for pain management. Fabulous staff in every department, from front desk to medical assistants, nurses and Doctors!! You may have to wait for an initial appointment, but you can be put on a cancellation list.
Awful experience here. Shoulder pain and previous dx of frozen shoulder worsening - not considered/completely ignored. Shoulder and deltoid pain radiating up to neck and down to hand. The doctor did not physically examine me even after 2 visits. If she did, she would have seen that I had deltoid muscle wasting and winged scapula. My left hand swelled and turned blue. I went to 2 neurosurgeons at MGH for spine surgery eval per this NWH Spine Center doctor and they concluded there was NO way these symptoms were coming from my ... read more
If I could give zero stars, I would. Newton Wellesley Spine Center has absolutely no customer service skills. My husband spent three frustrating weeks trying to get in touch with Natalia, who is apparently the only person who handles workers' comp claims there. Despite countless phone calls and voicemails, we never heard back. It’s unacceptable to leave patients hanging like that, especially when they’re trying to get care for a work-related injury.
