If I could give zero stars, I would. Newton Wellesley Spine Center has absolutely no customer service skills. My husband spent three frustrating weeks trying to get in touch with Natalia, who is apparently the only person who handles workers' comp claims there. Despite countless phone calls and voicemails, we never heard back. It’s unacceptable to leave patients hanging like that, especially when they’re trying to get care for a work-related injury. I think the doctors are fairly competent, although I had injection from doctor malagher and then saw dr aidlen months later Who told me that the injection was most likely in the wrong spot. Biggest problem is they are hard to get in touch with taking days to get appointments and other types of assistance. Not user friendly. After 20 years, I am going elsewhere

I desperately needed surgery and Dr Hardenbrook was the only one that I could find that knew how to do this particular surgery. It's only been 2 months or so, so I can't say if it worked well. I appreciate that he had a plan at least. That being said, his front desk staff are so off putting that even though I need another surgery, I dont think that I will be going through these people.
