I’ve been a patient here for over 10 years, but the experience has really declined. Appointments are rarely on time, communication is poor, and billing has become unreliable. My most recent virtual visit was billed far higher than what was actually done. It’s getting harder to trust this practice, and I hope they address these issues.
OMG! I called to reschedule my wife's appointment and got scolded over the phone as if I had committed a crime. Super unprofessional and rude. It really hurts when you get treated like that by the people you're seeking care from.
The customer service at this practice is horrible and rude. Isabelle in the front desk is particularly abrasive and not helpful in the slightest.
