I was referred here for Botox for migraines. The first two treatments went ok, no major migraine relief but I was told that it takes a few rounds. The doctor and nurses were all friendly and personable. For my third round, I had a different doctor. First off, my Botox was not ready when I got there. It needed to be brought down to room temperature and they hadn't done it yet. The sheet on the exam chair was clearly not changed before I was brought in, as there was someone else's body hair on it. Everyone working here was absolutely wonderful, possibly the best bedside manner I've experienced in years of lots of medical care. Every person working with me was professional and did an amazing job keeping me informed of everything that would happen and as it was happening, keeping the vibe very calm, light and fun despite the less than fun procedure

Disorganized and uncaring. They rush through my appointments. They called me two minutes before my last virtual appointment to tell me I needed to cross the state border to be in MA (I live in RI) in order to attend the Zoom. Turns out that the provider is licensed in RI as well, so that was untrue. The last time I called to schedule a follow-up, I was told it was scheduled, and then I noticed it was never put in my portal. I called back, and there was no evidence it was ever actually scheduled.
