I was referred here for Botox for migraines. The first two treatments went ok, no major migraine relief but I was told that it takes a few rounds. The doctor and nurses were all friendly and personable. For my third round, I had a different doctor. First off, my Botox was not ready when I got there. It needed to be brought down to room temperature and they hadn't done it yet. The sheet on the exam chair was clearly not changed before I was brought in, as there was someone else's body hair on it. Hope your front desk employees answer calls for apponitment. AND do not get that attitude to hang up your patient.
Great place to go to when you are in chronic pain. The staff is very caring and knowledgeable at the pain center as well as at the rehabilitation center !!!
