Dr Garcia is an amazing doctor. He is kind, respectful and listens. Unfortunately the business end is a nightmare. Staff is rude and unprofessional. Makes interacting with the practice a nightmare.
Our visit to the neurology department today was nothing short of amazing. Right from the start, the front desk staff impressed us with their exceptional helpfulness and professionalism. It seems this is a number/volume practice. I think I have had better customer service from the McDonalds at O'Hare airport. The doctor had poor responses to my inquiries where he obviously did not read any of my concerns. It took no less than four calls to have my medical records transferred to another practice (apparently it's the patient's problem that they outsourced their back office), of which the office staff were extremely rude the first two calls. It was my first visit to Newton Wellesley Neurology, staff was very helpful,competent and professional. I had the opportunity to meet with Elise Juliano who was just what the doctor ordered. She diagnosed my condition and explained everything so I felt relieved and grateful. Thank you
