I don’t know how it’s possible for anyone to make an appointment here. I called today multiple times in an attempt to find myself a new PCP, and didn’t get through to anyone for 30+ minutes only to find out they’re booking out through April. I wouldn’t mind waiting for an appointment, but it’s a huge red flag that you cannot find a single person to speak to until you wait on the phone for that long.
Dr White is the best PCP I have ever had. Her attention to detail, her empathy and understanding is outstanding!
