I have had major emergency surgery here at NW, earlier this year and I went in yesterday for a medical issue and boy, do they go above and beyond! You are always seen quickly and efficiently. Every physician, PA, nurse, and staff work so hard to make your stay quick and smooth. You can tell they do a great job when hiring staff. If you choose NW for your care, I can guarantee, you will choose it for your next care too. Thank you NW!
The pediatric surgery team was superb. We are very happy to have chosen Newton Wellesley for our son’s strabismus surgery. We had a really positive experience and felt fully supported every step of the way during this stressful time for us. Our ophthalmologist Dr. Choi, Cam from Child Life, anesthesiologist Dr. Myers, and all the nurses were phenomenal.
Probably the most horrific visits I’ve EVER had a hospital. I was there for over SIX hours waiting to be seen and NOTHING was done. Absolutely pathetic staff and PATHETIC service. I was in agony for six hours and I was constantly overlooked, one nurse even saying ‘My stay wasn’t even that long’ Can patients not expect somewhat quick service?
