Horrible experience. we waited over5 hours while waiting room turned over twice. Very disappointing. my daughter was in excruciating pain and while I told them about this repeatedly nothing was done. I will never come back.
The technician with white hair in the green blood lab is consistently rude during our visits. A basic level of common courtesy and professionalism would make a huge difference for patients here.
My husband was brought to the emergency room, and I know they’re so busy, and we had to wait in the hall, I get that. But once admitted, doctors came in for 45 seconds, some did not even evaluate him, just perfunctory. It is noisy, noisy, noisy, understand the dings, and normal sounds,but when people walk in and talk to the patients next to you, they don’t use soft voices, they are always roaring.
