1) They don’t provide a direct office telephone number to their main Wellesley office & the Newton number is a long, convoluted tape where you must leave a message. They supposedly call back in 1-2 days. 2) They refuse to provide patients with a simple eye measurement needed to order prescription eyeglasses online (pupillary distance, P.D.)…. Terrible experience. When I asked getting colored contact lenses optometrist said she never heard anyone asking color contacts with power before 🙄 Well, she totally forgot people in entire Asia have brown eyes and it’s very common there. If you want to get treated really badly please go to Newton-Wellesley Eye Associates. I left traumatized.
