These guys are the best! Very professional, caring people, even at the front desk! I had an eye emergency & they took me in very quickly
They gave my husband eye surgery on his right and 4 months later he was consider blind by his doctors.. we’ve tried to contact the manger Kerri and she’s hasn’t been reaching back out so now our lawyers are involved for law suit
Newton Wellesley Eye Associates has truly come a long way. I have had some issues in the past BUT it seems that they now have someone new in charge of the front desk, I believe the lady said his name was Zak, and I can see a WORLD of difference. The phone system has been updated and not a single one of my calls has gone unanswered, the front desk staff are always extremely courteous, and they seem to be getting their ducks in a row, if they aren't already.
