Very nice office. My doctor, Dr. Wu is exceptional. The wait was a little longer than expected but well worth it. She is kind and made me feel heard.
I just came out of Newton Wellesley eye Associates, 45 minutes after my appointment was scheduled to begin. I didn’t see anybody, sooner after I arrived. I was already been given excuses about the delays. No apologies and that I should have planned for the visit to take that long. I was told the doctors are extremely busy, but they were doing their best. I’m sorry, but I find that unacceptable, I’m a pain. Customer and my life is just as busy. Excellent doctor and staff!
Dr. Pallavi Ojha has been taking wonderful care of my eyes for years now. She is kind, attentive, and very knowledgeable. During my recent cataract surgery, she also performed a separate glaucoma procedure which did not even exist a few years ago. I happily entrust my eye care to Dr Ojha and refer others to her. (Also, her assistant Patricia is one of the finest that I have ever met.)
William Shakespeare once said, “The eyes are the window to your soul.” Well…after seeing Dr. Lana Tsesler, OD, I think Shakespeare forgot one little thing… The eyes are also the window to your health! 👀 I’ve been wearing glasses since the second grade, so I’ve had more eye exams than I can count. But I can honestly say this was one of the best. Dr. Tsesler is friendly, patient, and the kind of doctor who actually enjoys answering questions.
