This is absolutely the best office you'll ever find. We moved away to Wilmington and had a bad experience at an eye doctor down there with my daughter. We just recently moved back to Hickory and the level of care we received at Newton Vision Center (Newton office) was so incredibly overwhelming, I had to pull the office manager to the side to brag on everyone there. I gave Newton Vision 2 stars only because the staff was friendly and the doctor was really thorough in the exam. When I went to purchase glasses after the exam I specifically said I needed glass to work in, more than once I told them, and that I would no longer have insurance. I asked about frames that would hold up for work. The only answer I got was “All our frames are good”, so I took a guess at good frames and was bringing them back within a week because the lenses keep falling out.
