This person is no good to anyone who is looking for a home. She had asked my mother in law for a deposit when she already had put down a deposit on a house and all of a sudden the house got "rented out" right when we were about to give her our information. This lady and her secretary are rude, unkind to anyone who tires to work with them, they look down on anyone who isn't them. If you are looking to buy or rent a house with the Newtons, please do not do it, this company only cares about one thing, your money. My uncle rents an apartment and when the apartment needs repairs it takes a long time to fix it. In addition to the fact that the properties they have for rent are all in very poor condition, they are not maintained, because the owner is only interested in getting the rent paid. They abuse the needs of people who need a place to live. Also, the woman in the office named Lily is very despotic. ... read more

These people in this company are completely disgusting when I rent an apartment from them on parlier st in Reedley they painted over the roaches infested feces, rats when I moved out the kept my deposit and still charged me an extra 1000.00 for a stove I had supposedly broke but didn't give me a receipt when I asked which I found strange I was young and didn't know any better they prey on the young people and people who don't much watch how this company charges you

Had this firm rent our home out for us. They found renters and assured us they completed a background on the renters and they would be great. Newton also assured us they would keep a check on our home to make sure no major damage would occur. Well after some time went by these renters destroyed our rental home including the whole kitchen floor fell out from an unreported leak.
