Very Nice People Newton Properties has very nice owners. Good customer service. They have many rentals available in various locations throughout Concord and Kannapolis.
Newton Properties is Neglectful!! Newton Properties of Kannapolis NC. seems to be a negligent company to rent from or at least one that does NOT seem to care about the upkeep of their property. I know this because I live near a property owned by them that has been vacant for at least the last 2 years. No one comes to mow the yard and we have mowed it many times only after the grass has reached almost waist level in the front yard and almost shoulder high in the backyard.
