Terrible Service with no desire to please customer Stay as far away from the 720 Washington St. Belleville New Jersey Locale as possible. Our delivery last night was two hours late, ice cold. These employees could care less about happy customers.
Great Service Pizza hut is pizza hut. Food is good for what it is. Lunch buffet is a good deal. I was annoyed though the last time I went because there were 4 veggie lover pies to 'choose' from and THAT WAS IT. I hate mushrooms so I wasn't about to eat this. Then, they were out of bread sticks. I had to ask for a different type of pizza and the first one they brought out was another damn veggie lovers! I was so annoyed but they assured me a pepperoni and plain were on their way. great food I ordered online and went to pick it up and it was ready and the food was very good!
Fast and Friendly -- But Its Web Site Needs Work Friendly folks who crank out great pizza quickly. But don't count on the Web site to enter your order: I did and this location had no record of it when I arrived to pick it up. Despite double-checking the location I chose for pickup, the Web site defaulted to another location of its choosing sometime after I entered, submitted and confirmed the order online, When I got back home, I discovered the site had defaulted to a pickup location in California.
