I started by requesting more information on a vehicle. That was on the used car side and had a phone call less then 20 mins later to set up a time to come check out the car drove down and checked the car out my rs3 Audi traded in my tundra everything done very professionally and quickly drove out with my new to me Audi three hours later

Is the service good? Yes. Is it outrageously expensive and do they try to upcharge you for every little thing they possibly can? Yes.
Attentive through purchase. Crickets after purchase. I have left message after message no return calls.
