Went to this facility for a physical exam for an eye surgery. Arrived at 2:00- didn't get seen until 6:00 pm . The Doctor was very pleasant she did the check it took 5 minutes The other staff were unprofessional. They talked among themselves me and other waited while to people just coming in. On top of that there was a middle age blond female who was very crude. They can say these other people who came in were sick which they might have been. On my last visit, my medication was sent to the wrong pharmacy even though I told them three times that I had changed pharmacies. I also just received a bill because even though I gave them my new insurance information, they failed to update it and so my old insurance company was contacted. I really do like my doctor though, and that is why I keep coming back. It’s not her responsibility to do the paperwork involved with running a physician’s office.
What not recommended this place to my worst enemy. Took my son here to get cleared for surgery. Thank goodness is was only that. I would never step foot in here for anytime of care.
I cannot speak for their physical health services, but if you have a psychiatric condition, do not go here expecting to be able to get your medication: especially if you have ADHD and especially if you're seeing Biegun. When I first started having supply issues with my stimulant medication, I came in to be seen and was jokingly told by Biegun that if I couldn't get access to the medication I should just, "try pseudoephedrine." May family and I have been going to Newton Medical for over 26 years. Today , I went for a follow up and I cannot say enough words on how much I appreciate the expertise, dedication and care that I get from Dr. Velarde and Dr. Beigun. Dr. Velarde is not an ordinary doctor- she is caring, loving and she communicates in a clear and compassionate way and it's something that I wouldn't get elsewhere. This place definitely earned my TRUST ! The staff are attentive and friendly. ❤️
