Quite possibly the MOST unprofessional, ill-equipped, and ineffective patient care facility that I've ever been to let alone heard of. They are understaffed, poorly supported, with the most inane policies imaginable. Normally I would blame it on the institution and not the staff, but the staff seem to be a part of the problem as much as the other aspects of the office.
If I could give If I could give zero stars, I would. I spoke with Dr. Piotr Biegun, who was extremely rude, condescending, and unprofessional. Rather than explaining the medication and the reasoning behind it in a respectful, professional manner, he insinuated that I wanted to give a deadly medication to a resident. I was advocating for a memory care resident with behavioral issues and simply wanted clarification to ensure the resident received appropriate care. I highly recommend Dr Pierre Biegun . Dr is very respectful , professional and thorough in many different areas . I wasn’t sure if it was just me about his thoroughness , but he is actually on U.S. News & World Report for being very thorough ! He really pays attention and listens to important details Veronica at his front desk is probably one of the most polished professional intake professional I have ever met!
The front desk girl with pink nails and the nurse with long pink nails and pink watch were really nice and respectful. I told the front desk girl I have insurance but I didn’t want to take too much time so I decided I was just gonna pay for it and she said just fill out it and I did. And she also helped me later with a separate appt for blood work she showed me a location close to me so I don’t have to drive over a hour. The nurse was super nice as well she was thorough.
ruthann helped us with some paperwork we needed last minute for a physical. her and the receptionists, along with the doctor were incredibly understanding, kind, and professional. if i didn’t live 3 hours away i would definitely return. thank you!!
