If I could leave zero stars, I would. Disability Discrimination I brought my special-needs, nonverbal toddler to the ER by ambulance on 8/17/25 between 3–4 pm after he suffered a deep foot gash. Despite his condition and the fact that he was bleeding through the bandage I had wrapped at home, we were sent to the waiting area and left there for two hours. My husband was brought in thru the ER. Was attended immediately and numerous tests were done before he was admitted. The care team are helpful and caring. Will definitely recommend this hospital.
They told me to call back and then hung up on me? I called back and talked to someone else about it but they didn't really care they just wanted me gone.
Every single time I go here I am treated like I don't matter or I'm crazy, there's zero empathy from the doctors, I end up missing belongings and paperwork and they make it my problem. If you're dying, go to Morristown instead.
