Love the doctors
Frustrating experience so far. I was referred by another doctor months ago. After munch back and forth about the new patient paperwork, I waited and waited for a call from someone to set up an appointment. Nobody answers the phone or returns a call. The receptionist finally responded to an email and we did a test call. I was told the telemedicine calls aren't done on any type of schedule, the doctor could call any time and I have to be sure to answer. Drs Ng and Vu are there for you . Every time I call with a concern, I received a return call from the dr, not a secretary.
Very nice people work here
The staff are so friendly and kind. They got me in the very next day after I called. I have followed Dr. Darla Rivera from another location. I love her and her energy. This review is for Newton Medical Family Practice next door to the therapy place.
