I give it one star for the doctor! The staff in the front is rude! I've been dealing with a bill from them. I had a picture of my insurance card and it was a clear picture. They were billing the wrong company. I'm still working to get this resolved! They said the claim was denied due to submitting it to late. Come to find out from my mom I get a letter from my insurance company with a different reason for denial. I go today and she said, "We just found out a moment ago the claim was denied", Isn't that convenient! I tired to... read more
