Newton laughed in my face when I told him I wanted to start medication. Pretty much told me that I was just going through a hard time while laughing. Worst bedside manner ever. I would not recommend him at all. He was extremely judgmental the whole appointment and was rude to the nurse who I was more comfortable with. I needed someone understanding. This is my second pregnancy and right after the appointment I changed doctors and will make sure he does NOT deliver my baby.
He delivered my son. It was a wonderful experience and I healed very well. The scar is almost entirely flat on my stomach and barely noticeable.
Absolute worst bedside manner! He treated me me like I was garbage, and stupid for even coming to the er. He also complained multiple times while in my room that they blew his phone up all night and he had 30 patients waiting. Assuming he was the on call last night. He literally laughed in my face and told me I was making up symptoms because I told him I’m addition to my cramping I was constipated and dizzy with lightheaded mess. Dr. Newton delivered all three of my children. He's been my ob/gyn for over 30 yeas and I absolutely love him. He takes the time to explain when there is something not understood. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Newton is AWESOME! He delivered 2 of my children. Only reason he didn't deliver all 3 was because Dr. Thrower was on call. Dr. Newton has been my Obgyn for over 25 years. My oldest is almost 30. Highly recommend him!
Very arrogant, condescending, close minded. Doesn't do well answering questions. Seems like he'd prefer if you just took in what he said without any questions asked! He even found it appropriate to thunk me on the head when I said I wanted a natural birth - no epidural. Very unprofessional. Maybe because he's been practicing so long and we're in our mid-20's, but he liked to talk down to us a lot. Especially myself as a woman.
Dr. Newton is one of the best. I had such a great pregnancy experience with him as my OB. The staff treated me like family. He made the most uncomfortable of situations tolerable. He took such great care of and my child. We joked and laughed at every appointment. I look forward to expanding my family with him as my Doctor.
I really love Dr. Newton and all his staff. I have been a patient with his office for seven years now and this is about to be my three child that he has delivered. He is a great man and doctor.
Dr.Newton is The Best Doctor and the State of Arkansas....He has Deliver My Last Two Children..And both Times I was treated with Respect and comfort...With Him you will Never Feel alone..Such A Great Doctor..
