Carly Cohen and his son came by and did an inspection on a home we have in escrow. They crawled under the house to inspect every detail and provide us with a report. They continue to inspect the entire house and was very detailed in their explanation of what needed to happen or what was happing with the house and plumbing. They are Great to work with and I will call them again if I ever needed the services. Thank you guys.
Not a great experience. Similar to other reviews I can say Philip will assure you that he will take care of everything and then disappear. I had a pipe burst causing significant water damage. The crew did a fairly good job removing wet material and mitigating damage although they did have to come back for a few spots missed. The problem was the final report that had to be submitted to insurance. I called and emailed Philip numerous times with no response. Weeks later, once the report was finally submitted, my insurance adjus... read more

Yes, NF&F is right there just when you need them, and yes, you will meet them with a rush of relief as Phil reassures you that all will be well now that he’s in charge.
