It took us too long to come to an agreement about a mistake made by them. Returning there the 2nd time, I wanted my glasses to be readjusted; they were too loose. The optometrist took it inside, returning with, what he said, a ‘brand new one’. I didn’t authorize new frame, so I thought he’d adjusted, cleaned, and it was new again. Dr. Cheng was very knowledgeable and professional.
Dr. Chang is very talented, and has the latest machines. Both of the clocks on the wall are slow, which means they keep you waiting, interested to see if they will fix those clocks. Parking there is a little difficult with the construction. They did not ask me if I want glasses.
