Had my appointment canceled out from under me because I was going to be 10 mins late when the policy is 15 mins because I was incorrectly booked by their team (was told the doctor usually has their appointments scheduled 10 mins earlier than my appointment time, so they were calculating the difference based on that informal, undocumented time).
