I’ve called 5 times and been on hold for a long time without being allowed to speak to someone. The receptionist answers and immediately states she’s placing you on hold before you can utter a word. Horrible customer service.
We have had a great experience until today. My son’s basketball team was cheated of three points. His team “lost” by two, which means they really won by one. There was one bucket (two points) that was taken off the scoreboard. At one point, a player on my son’s team was at the free throw line and made both shots, only one was accounted for. I approached the score table, at halftime, to request clarification as to why the second free throw was not accounted for. The female official stated that he in fact made both shots. went for the dog park but it is extremely small. no water for dogs either so you have to take some. walking around the lake was nice but you can tell they spent millions on the parks and rec offices but almost nothing anywhere else.
