On November 30th I stopped to look at a 2500HD Chevrolet that had a decent price listed online. Test drove it and liked it. Not to rush in and buy anything I did not buy that day. I contacted the salesman a couple days later to see the out the door price. Suprisingly he came back about $3,000 over my figure of the advertised price plus tax. They made the entire process enjoyable from start to finish. A subtle yet major difference and I believe ultimately helped me commit to my purchase was allowing an extended test drive. We traveled 2 hours from home to look at the Chevy 2500 HD trucks. We found them online and the selection/pricing got our attention.When we arrived, Michael greeted us and began showing the trucks we were interested in. He immediately asked if we would like to test drive one after looking at the different options. He did and he explained in detail the options in the truck.
