Mike and Carla are just the best property managers! When my sister and I inherited our family home over ten years ago, both of us were living out of state and needed someone to rent and manage our multifamily property. I contacted this office and was told an associate would get back to me shortly. Even with a couple of reminders in a month, still did not hear back. I never had a chance to discuss the terms and conditions.

We worked with Kristin and had by far, the worst experience yet with a realtor. We were the first ones to see the apartment, we gave a deposit, had great references and credit, and then were told multiple times we would know within a day. Then another day went by. And another. Then we were told that they were going with a different applicant if their references were good. We checked with our references and they were never even called.
