RecommendedI had brought my little girl in, she was in horrible condition and very sick. Dr. Tonn tried everything to get her to come back around but unfortunately she wasn’t able to do so and passed away. Dr. Tonn has helped my family with all our pets, & wouldn’t trust anyone else!

These measures are for the protection of all of us pet owners, while still allowing access to outstanding medical/surgical care for the four legged friends giving us unconditional love and attention during this time of sheltering at home. Thank you Dr. Tonn for going out of your way by giving of your personal time when it was time to put our sweet Bailey to rest. You not only made her comfortable, but our family as well. We couldn't have asked for a better place and group of people to care for our dog for the past 15+ years! When we are ready, we won't hesitate to bring our next family member to Newton Animal Hospital.
I have taken all my pets to Dr. Tonn, since he first came to practice in Newton. I wouldn't trust my dogs with anyone else. He's the best around. The vet techs and the staff are wonderful as well.

very helpful. very quick. dr friesen even worked over his lunch break to emergency csec our fubaby. seen me with in 30(with drive time) to work on our dog. he saved our mama that we probably would have lost[ thankx to ark valley in vc] (bcz ark valley made us wait so long-we still lost the last 3 pups😭) thanks to dr friesen we got 1 outa 6 pups alive & breathing! many thanks to newton animal hospital 💗💗
