The actual closing experience was great. We arrived and signed all of the required documents. The attorney that went over the paperwork with us was very informative and answered any questions we had. We closed on 1/16/2025. Almost 2 months after closing I received an email from the office stating they messed up and I had to pay an extra $300 as soon as possible for a transfer capital contribution.
